The SaaStr piece is worth reading, but not for the revenue numbers. What matters is the framing: AI agents don't win because they're smarter than humans. They win because they don't get tired, distracted, or overwhelmed by volume.
Every GTM team has the same failure mode. A lead comes in at 6pm Friday. The SDR has a full queue. A trial signup doesn't match the ICP so it gets deprioritized. A re-engagement email never goes out because someone forgot to build the sequence. These aren't process failures — they're capacity failures. Humans have finite attention. Agents don't.
dAIs has seen this pattern repeatedly with clients: the first place AI actually sticks in a GTM motion isn't the flashy use case. It's the coverage layer. The thing that catches what falls through. Inbound response at off-hours. Follow-up sequencing that actually fires. Routing logic that doesn't depend on someone remembering to check a Slack message.
