Where does your team actually stand with AI fluency?

A self-assessment and 30/60/90 learning plan generator built specifically for GTM functions — sales, marketing, and customer success. Take the assessment. See where your gaps are. Walk away with a plan.

For team leads, GTM managers, and individuals who came out of an AI Fluency 101 session and want to do something with it.

No spam. Just tools and the occasional useful thing.

How It Works

Clone the repo, pick your function track, run the generator. You get a scored assessment and a role-specific learning plan in under 15 minutes.

01

Clone and Set Up

Fork or clone the repo. Read START-HERE.md and TOOLS.md to confirm you have Python 3.10+ and Git. Takes about five minutes.

02

Pick Your Function Track

Choose Marketing, Sales and RevOps, or Support and Customer Success. Each track has its own rubric and scored examples calibrated to real workflows in that function.

03

Run the Assessment

Answer the rubric questions honestly against the 4D model — Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence. The generator scores your responses and maps them to the Emerging → Capable progression.

04

Generate Your Learning Plan

The generator produces a 30/60/90 learning plan specific to your function and your gaps — not a generic checklist. Named workflows, measurable signals, and an accountability owner for each milestone.

05

Share With Your Team

Use FACILITATOR-LITE.md to run a group baseline session and share results with your team. Each person gets their own plan; the team gets a shared baseline to build from.

The 4D Model

AI fluency isn't prompt tricks or tool count. It's four observable competencies that show up in real GTM work.

D1

Delegation

Deciding what should be done by AI, by humans, or by both — with clear task definitions and success criteria before you start.

D2

Description

Building high-quality working context with AI through clear communication — goals, constraints, examples, and iteration when outputs drift.

D3

Discernment

Evaluating output quality against real domain standards — catching errors and weak assumptions before anything ships.

D4

Diligence

Applying responsible judgment across ethics, transparency, and risk — documenting where AI helped and owning the final output.

The kit is built so you can run the assessment without assistance. If you want a live, facilitated session — where your team runs the assessment together, we debrief the results, and everyone leaves with a personalized learning plan — that's available as a Lunch & Learn for $1,000.

One hour. Your team. A shared baseline and a concrete path forward.

Lunch & Learn covers facilitation, delivery, and personalized learning plans for each attendee. Does not include third-party tool subscriptions or ongoing coaching. For teams larger than 20 or custom function tracks beyond V1 scope, reach out for a custom quote.

FAQ

Questions about the GTM AI Fluency Kit

The things team leads and GTM managers ask before they run their first assessment.

What is the GTM AI Fluency Kit?
+
The GTM AI Fluency Kit is a free, open-source assessment and learning plan generator built for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. It uses the 4D competency model — Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence — to help individuals and teams identify where they actually stand with AI fluency and produce a concrete 30/60/90 learning plan to close the gaps.
What is the 4D model and why does it matter for GTM teams?
+
The 4D model breaks AI fluency into four observable competencies: Delegation (deciding what AI should do), Description (building effective working context with AI), Discernment (evaluating AI output against real quality standards), and Diligence (applying responsible judgment around risk and accountability). For GTM teams, these map directly to the work — deciding which pipeline tasks to delegate, writing briefs and prompts that produce usable output, catching weak copy or bad data before it ships, and maintaining accountability for AI-assisted decisions.
Which functions does the kit cover?
+
Version 1 covers three function tracks: Marketing, Sales and RevOps, and Support and Customer Success. Each track has its own assessment rubric, scored examples, and a role-specific 30/60/90 learning plan template.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
+
You need Python 3.10 or later and Git to run the generator. If you are comfortable cloning a repo and running a command, you can use it. The START-HERE.md and TOOLS.md files walk you through setup. If your team doesn't have the technical setup, the Lunch and Learn option includes a facilitated version of the assessment and a custom learning plan delivered for you.
Can I run this assessment for my whole team?
+
Yes. The kit is designed to work at both the individual and team level. Each person runs their own assessment and gets a role-specific learning plan. The FACILITATOR-LITE.md guide walks a team lead or HR partner through running a group baseline session and sharing results. If you want a facilitated team session with hands-on delivery and debrief, that is available as a Lunch and Learn.
