Is This Task Worth Automating

Most professionals have tried AI but fewer have built anything that actually moves the needle — something that runs without them, saves real time, and produces output their team can act on. That’s the gap this session closes.

In 60 minutes, we’ll identify which tasks in your work are worth automating, document a process from scratch, and build something live. A real volunteer. A real workflow. A real result.

You’ll leave with the vocabulary, the framework, and a tool you can put to use immediately.

How to Build, Host, and Manage Your Website with AI

You can build a real website with AI — you’ve been hearing it for months. But “Claude wrote me a webpage…now what?” and “my site is live and I can update it without breaking anything” can feel like two different planets. They’re not. They’re five small steps apart.

In 45 minutes we’ll cover the whole arc: pulling an existing site into files, building new pages with Claude Code, getting it live, and the habits that keep it working three months from now. A live demo takes an old, static site to fully deployed in about 20 minutes.

You’ll leave with the full deck (bonus slides of tools, prompts, and step-by-step flows) and a real shot at launching your own site this week. No terminal experience required. Hands-on experience in AI recommended, but no prior website build experience needed.

Preventing Generic AI Design

You’ve tried AI design tools. The output was fine. Usable, maybe even impressive at first glance. But these days you can spot AI output a mile away — default styling, no personality, nothing that feels unique — and you don’t know how to avoid the templatized output.

The problem isn’t the tool. It’s what you fed it. In this session, you’ll see how a real app was transformed — same code, completely different aesthetic — and walk away with free templates, 8 field-tested best practices, and a full workflow from first design to deployed product.

Automated Content Production — That You’ll Actually Read!

Who really wants to spend time finding industry-relevant thought leadership, drafting personalized takes, publishing them to a website, and then sharing the link on LinkedIn? This automation is a best fit for someone already running Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Codex because your AI handles most of the build. A standard chat interface works too, if you don’t mind a few manual steps.

AI Fluency for GTM Teams

Most GTM professionals are using AI. Very few are fluent. There’s a difference — and it’s compounding.

In this 30-minute session, you’ll learn what AI fluency actually means for GTM roles, take a self-assessment to locate yourself on the spectrum, and leave with a function-specific learning plan built around the skills that will move the needle in your role. You’ll also walk away with a free resource kit you can bring back to your team — ready to use as a starting point for driving adoption and building AI fluency from the inside out.
